Metro Joins Ebay, PayPal To Test Digital Platform

Metro Group partnered with eBay and PayPal to evaluate the Store of Inspiration retailing concept, which combines conventional offline sales with online sales using mobile apps. Being tested at a shopping center in Bremen, Germany, the platform allows shoppers to buy products using digital displays or their smartphones.
